The Brocade 57-1000335-01 (also known as XBR-000278) is a high-performance 32Gb/s Extended Long Wavelength (ELWL) SFP+ transceiver from Broadcom. Designed for Brocade Fibre Channel SAN environments, this long-reach optical module provides reliable, high-speed connectivity over extended distances.
This 1310nm single-mode transceiver supports 32Gbps, 16Gbps, and 8Gbps Fibre Channel speeds. It delivers link distances of up to 25 km on single-mode fiber (SMF) with a standard duplex LC connector. The hot-pluggable design includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics of transmit/receive power, temperature, voltage, and other critical parameters.
Fully qualified for Brocade Gen6 and Gen7 switches and directors (including G620, G630, G720, G610, and X7 platforms), the 57-1000335-01 ensures seamless interoperability and maximum performance in mission-critical storage networks. It complies with SFF-8431, FC-PI-6, and RoHS standards.
